Hacıoğlu Holding is a multi-disciplinary organization built upon foundations dating back to 1953 and 72 years of field experience. The holding’s activities include; Africa-based gold mining, water and environmental infrastructure, energy and solar energy projects as well as infrastructure and superstructure applications.
Gold mining activities are carried out across the African continent as a deep-rooted heritage passed down through generations. Open-pit mining operations, conventional filling systems, site management, and long-term reserve planning are our core areas of expertise. Mining operations are conducted under an independent operational structure separate from other business lines within the holding.
Infrastructure and superstructure projects, as a separate business line of the holding, are developed within the scope of; drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities, industrial infrastructures, energy and solar energy systems, public buildings, and commercial projects. These projects are implemented not only with engineering precision, but also with a strong emphasis on high architectural quality and aesthetic value.
Within the holding’s project approach, architectural quality and aesthetics are as decisive as technical competence. The relationship of structures with the environment, scale, proportion, material selection, and spatial integrity are integral parts of the design process. From infrastructure to superstructure, all projects aim to deliver lasting and high-quality architectural production.
In the holding’s international project portfolio, Russia and surrounding Eurasian countries hold a significant position. In this region, large-scale superstructure projects, commercial complexes, public buildings, and environmental infrastructure applications have been successfully completed. The experience gained in different climates, regulations, and urban contexts has enabled the integrated management of architectural and engineering quality.
Today, Hacıoğlu Holding operates across multiple geographies, including Africa, Türkiye, Russia, surrounding Eurasian countries, and Europe. The shared approach adopted in every country is to establish a balanced integration of field-driven engineering expertise, high architectural quality, and long-term performance.
In 2018, the management of the group was taken over by Yasin Hacıoğlu, and since then, the holding structure has been reorganized corporately and its international growth strategy has been strengthened. Today, Hacıoğlu Holding is positioned as an organization that delivers both technical excellence and aesthetic value in the fields of mining, infrastructure, energy, and superstructure.
