Strategic Restructuring Under the Hacıoğlu Holding Umbrella

Hacıoğlu Holding A.Ş. was established by bringing together the companies within the Hacıoğlu Group under one roof in order to strengthen the corporate structure, increase operational efficiency and manage global growth targets more effectively.
The Hacıoğlu Group, which operates in the fields of mining, refining, construction and architecture, will continue its commercial activities under the Holding A.Ş. management model with the new structure. The restructuring is expected to contribute to speeding up decision-making processes, more efficient use of resources, economies of scale in operations and more coordinated management of international growth targets.
Commenting on the new structure, Yasin Hacıoğlu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hacıoğlu Holding, stated that they aim to manage their existing investments more effectively, adding, "We aim to grow further in the architecture and contracting sectors, particularly in mining and refining. Turkey has great potential. We will expand our overseas activities and continue to produce, provide employment and create added value by expanding our new investments in Turkey.
