West Africa Regional Specialized Hospital Project
This project represents one of the most advanced healthcare complexes in West Africa, constructed in accordance with international standards despite challenging climatic and logistical conditions. The project was designed as a green campus concept, integrated with nature and preserving the existing vegetation, and consists of;
A fully equipped main hospital building, a polyclinic/administrative building, and a multi-storey open parking structure, forming a total of three independent blocks.
This modern complex, which significantly enhances the region’s healthcare infrastructure, was developed with a strong emphasis on durability and sustainability in its structural system. The most critical engineering feature ensuring uninterrupted operation is;
A self-sufficient hybrid energy infrastructure supported by rooftop solar power (PV) systems, combined with fully redundant medical gas and water supply systems to ensure continuous service even during grid outages.
While maintaining architectural harmony with the local environment, the project was constructed to support world-class medical operations. During the construction phase;
Special high-performance building and façade materials, fully resistant to extreme heat and humidity, were utilized to maximize insulation efficiency and minimize climate control costs.
Critical areas such as operating rooms, intensive care units (ICU), and emergency departments were designed in full compliance with international JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation standards, and the project was delivered turnkey, including complete medical equipment installation.
