Olembe Modern Living Homes

The Olembe Modern Living Residences Project is a comprehensive residential and urban development initiative designed to address the growing housing demand in Yaoundé, the capital of Cameroon, while creating modern and sustainable urban living environments.

Executed as part of a public investment program for the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MINDHU), the project was delivered under a contractor service model. The development covers a total construction area of 145,000 square meters, consisting of modern residential buildings and integrated community infrastructure.

The project includes contemporary housing blocks, landscaped areas, and various social and community facilities designed to support a well-planned residential environment.

Construction began in 2017 and was successfully completed in 2018, contributing significantly to the expansion of residential infrastructure and the planned urban development of Yaoundé.
